Tondo Lock Ponyo 500 ml is a round two-tier bento box. It is equipped with a small, wide fork, fitting neatly inside the inner leak-resistant lid between two stackable tiers; you will never forget your cutlery again! The side locks snap shut securely, avoiding unwanted runny food on your bento journey to lunchtime!

The lower tier is perfect for baby food, which can be warmed up if necessary, while the upper tier can be used for an additional part of the meal, for fresh fruit or for a dessert.

Ponyo is the protagonist of the animation movie “Ponyo on the cliff” created by Hayao Miyazaki in 2008. It’s the story of the little red fish Brunhilde, living underwater in a submarine with her sisters and her dad Fujimoto, a wizard/scientist, who was once a human. One day, during a trip to the seaside with her sisters, Brunhilde sneaks off and floats away on the back of a jellyfish, she becomes trapped in a glass jar and drifts to the shore of a small fishing village.  She is rescued by a five-year-old boy named Sōsuke, son of a local fisherman.  Sosuke breaks the jar, rescues Brunhilde and gives her a new name: Ponyo. They soon become best friends, but their friendship is held back by Ponyo’s father, who decides to bring his daughter back home. Ponyo does not accept her father’s decision, since she wished to become a human and reunite with Sosuke, with whom she fell in love. Ponyo is bubbly and honest and she’s fascinated by the world outside the submarine. Unlike her father, she is willing to trust totally on humans; with her naïve and childish behavior she tries to pursue her goals without worrying about the consequences, but eventually everything works out for the best. After a number of adventures, Ponyo chooses to be transformed permanently into a human girl, giving away her magical powers and being together forever again with her beloved Sosuke.
