Ok, we get it, you get really hungry every now and then. Maybe you have just finished a very tiring excursion or you simply survived a morning of endless meetings. When it’s time to eat, you need a lunch that won’t let you down: healthy, nutritious and sometimes even filling.
Since in Japan the bento box consists of several small portions of food the size of a bite, the mistaken belief has been created that all bento boxes are small, or that they are only suitable for transporting sushi.
You are mistaken!
Our bento boxes have a range of capacities ranging from a minimum of 300 ml to a maximum of 2240 ml (ideal for sharing a meal).
We wanted to test our bentos. We cooked a generous portion of pasta (120 g + the sauce) and a generous side dish to check if it all fit in a large bento box. (Pss … we spoil the result: it was all there!)
