Can I change the address or other details within my account?
If you need to change the address entered, just log into your account and go to the "Address book" section, click "Edit" and correct the address. If you wish to change other information related to your profile, simply log into your account, go to the "ACCOUNT DETAILS" section and make any changes you deem appropriate. Here you can change your name, password, telephone number and email. Once finished, click on "SAVE"
Can I return an order?
If you received an incorrect or damaged order, contact our customer care immediately via e-mail info@bento-box.it or via Whatsapp. You can return an item ordered on bento-box.it that you are not completely satisfied with, within 14 (FOURTEEN) days from the date you received it. If you decide to return an item, you must not use it and you will need to take care of it while it will remain in your possession. The product must be returned undamaged and in the same condition in which it was sold to you. The product must also be returned with any labels. We suggest that you pack the product well and keep proof of shipment. The returned items will be inspected once they have returned to our warehouse.
Do I have to register to place an order?
You can shop on bento-box.it without having an account. Once you have clicked on the "CASH" button, you can proceed to payment after entering your billing and shipping information without registering. However, we would like to let you know that, by creating an account on our site, you will enjoy the following advantages:

How can I be sure you have received my order?
Every time you confirm an order you will receive an e-mail from us, with the order number. You can also find this information in the reserved area of your BENTO-BOX.IT account, if you have one. Please note: the email you will receive is just a notification that your order has been received. It doesn't mean it's been processed.
How can I find a product that is not available?

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the link to track the shipment once the package has left our warehouse. It may take up to 24 hours from the time the link is received for it to become active.
How do i create an account?
Simply click on the "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" button at the top right of the homepage and fill in the form correctly. Write down both the e-mail address used to register on the site and the password, then click on the "REGISTER" button and that's it. Once you have created the account, you can access the address book and enter detailed contact information.
How do I place an order?
Use the categories listed on the upper part of the online shop page to search for the desired products. Alternatively, you can use the "search" field and do a search by entering the keywords you think are relevant. When you find the right product for you, select the quantity and the color, then click on the "ADD TO CART" button that you find under each item. Check the items in your cart by clicking on the "CART" icon at the top right. Once you have accessed the cart, you can edit its content. If you are not ready to proceed with the purchase yet, you can save the items to your wish list. If you are satisfied with the selected products, check the box below to accept our terms and conditions, then click on the "Place Order" button to complete the order.
